Egg and Cheese Breakfast Pop Tarts
Flaky pastry pockets stuffed with seasoned scrambled egg, melty cheese, and crisp bacon for a handheld breakfast. Chaotic to make with kids underfoot, but they come out surprisingly good.

- —bacon · cooked
- —pastry dough · for the pop tart shells
Steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.

Made with the kids helping — Jessica cracked the eggs and her daughter did the whisking to keep shells out of the bowl. Uses up bacon that needs to be eaten.
