Iced Spanish Latte
Sweetened condensed milk stirred into strong dark-roast coffee over ice, topped with a frothy vanilla-cinnamon cream. It's rich, silky, and just sweet enough to sip slowly.
Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoonssweetened condensed milk · use 2 tablespoons for a sweeter drink
- 1/2-3/4 cupstrong brewed coffee · dark roast
- 2 tablespoonsheavy cream
- 1/8 teaspoonvanilla bean paste · optional
- —sea salt · optional
- —cinnamon · optional, plus more for dusting
- —ice
Steps

Brew a strong batch of coffee. The creator used a 4-cup french press with 75 grams of ground coffee.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of a tall glass, using two tablespoons for a sweeter drink.

Pour in 1/2 to 3/4 cup coffee, depending on the size of your glass, and mix very well to combine.

Fill the glass with ice.

Whisk the heavy cream with the vanilla bean paste, sea salt, and cinnamon, if using, in a small glass with an electric milk frother until thickened but still pourable.

Pour the cream over the coffee and finish with a dusting of cinnamon.
