Oreo Rice Krispie Treats
Classic gooey rice crispy treats loaded with crushed Oreos and a hit of vanilla bean paste. Chocolatey cookie shards run through every marshmallow-slicked bite.

- —marshmallows
- —butter
- 1 tspvanilla bean paste
- —crispy rice cereal
Steps

Crush the Oreos, setting some aside for mixing in and topping.

Melt the butter and marshmallows together in a large microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

Stir the vanilla bean paste into the melted marshmallow mixture.

Fold in the crispy rice cereal and crushed Oreos until evenly coated.

Press into a pan, top with the reserved crushed Oreos, and let set before cutting.
