Pizza Ring Pull-Apart Bread
Quartered flaky biscuits tossed in melted butter, pizza seasoning, parmesan, mozzarella and mini pepperonis, then baked in a bundt pan into a gooey pull-apart ring. Serve it warm with ranch for dipping.
Ingredients
- 2 packagesflaky biscuits · refrigerated, quartered
- 1 stickbutter · melted
- 1 tablespoonpizza seasoning · about a tablespoon
- 1 cupshredded parmesan · about a cup
- —thick cut mozzarella
- —mini pepperonis · or other pizza toppings you like
- —cooking spray · for the bundt pan
- —ranch dressing · for dipping
Steps
- 1
Quarter each biscuit from both packages and add the pieces to a large bowl.
- 2
Pour in the melted butter, then add the pizza seasoning, shredded parmesan, mozzarella and mini pepperonis.
- 3
Toss everything together — using your hands if a spoon isn't coating it well — until all the dough is coated in butter and the cheese mixture.
- 4
Spray a bundt pan, then transfer the coated dough into it.
- 5
Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, until done.
- 6
Let it rest briefly, then flip the pan to turn the ring out. Pull apart and serve warm with ranch or other dipping sauces.
Creator's notes
Jessica's came out a little overbaked and wouldn't release from the bundt pan — she suggests pulling it from the oven a bit sooner so it flips out cleanly. She's a Midwesterner, so ranch is the required dipping sauce.
