Basic All-Purpose Seasoning Blend
A do-everything homemade seasoning blend built from spices you probably already have in the cabinet. Stir it together once and sprinkle it on just about anything that hits a pan.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbspgranulated garlic
- 2 Tbspdehydrated minced garlic
- 2 Tbspdehydrated minced onion
- 2 Tbspdried oregano
- 1 Tbspcelery seed
- 1 Tbspdried parsley
- 1 Tbspgranulated onion
- 1 Tbspground cumin
- 1 Tbspground coriander
- 1 Tbspblack pepper
- 1 Tbspsmoked paprika
- 1 Tbspflaky sea salt
- ½ TbspMSG
- ½ Tbspwhite pepper
- ½ Tbsppoultry seasoning · optional
Steps

Mix all the ingredients together until evenly combined.

Transfer to a container with an airtight lid and store until needed. That's it — there's no second step.
