Butterbeer Caramel Apple Cottage Cheese Dip
A creamy, protein-packed cottage cheese dip blended with butterscotch pudding and vanilla for a butterbeer-meets-caramel-apple flavor. A fun, festive fall snack board for apples, pretzels and graham crackers.
Ingredients
- —cottage cheese
- 1 packbutterscotch instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cupmilk · plus more as needed for a creamy texture
- —vanilla bean paste · a little bit
- —green apples · sliced, for dipping
- —chocolate covered pretzels · for dipping
- —graham crackers or bunny grahams · for dipping
- —dehydrated mini marshmallow bits · for topping
- —caramel sauce · for drizzling
Steps

Add the cottage cheese to a food processor.

Add the butterscotch pudding mix, a little vanilla bean paste, and about 1/2 cup milk.

Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed until the dip is nice and creamy.

Transfer to a container and refrigerate until chilled and thickened.

Slice the green apples and arrange them around a serving dish along with chocolate covered pretzels and graham crackers.

Spoon the dip into the center of the dish.

Top with dehydrated marshmallow bits and a drizzle of caramel, then serve.

Chill the dip so it thickens. Besides apples, you can serve it with chocolate covered pretzels, graham crackers or bunny grahams.
