French Onion Meatballs with Egg Noodles and Corn
Frozen meatballs browned in butter and simmered in a quick French onion gravy, served over egg noodles with corn on the side. A simple 20-minute family dinner.
Ingredients
- —frozen meatballs
- 3 tablespoonsbutter · approximately
- 2 tablespoonsflour
- 1 canFrench onion soup
- —egg noodles
- bagcorn · frozen, for serving
Steps

Melt about 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and sauté the frozen meatballs until they start to brown.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the meatballs and toss to coat.

Pour in the can of French onion soup and stir to form a gravy, letting the meatballs cook through in the gravy.

Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles and the corn.

Serve the meatballs and gravy with the noodles and corn.
Creator's notes
Uses store-bought frozen meatballs because that's what her kids prefer; a few meatballs can be pulled out of the gravy early for picky eaters.
