Chocolate Strawberry Popcorn
Crisp popcorn and airy sweet bites tossed in melted semisweet chocolate and studded with tart freeze-dried strawberries. It sets up in the freezer into snackable chocolate-strawberry bark chunks.
Ingredients
- 12 ouncessemisweet chocolate · 340 grams
- 1 cupcocoa blast sweet mmms · 64 grams; Simple Mills
- 4 cupspopcorn · 30 grams
- 1 heaping cupfreeze-dried strawberries · 28 grams for the mix, plus 1/2 heaping cup for topping
Steps

Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.

Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet mmms, popcorn, 1/2 heaping cup of the freeze-dried strawberries, and the melted chocolate. Stir with a silicone spatula or large spoon until everything is coated in chocolate.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 heaping cup of freeze-dried strawberries on top.

Freeze for a few minutes, until the chocolate is fully hardened. Break into smaller chunks and serve.
