Monkey Mix Bark
Swirled white and semisweet chocolate loaded with crunchy monkey mix and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. It sets up in about 20 minutes, making it a perfect afterschool treat for the kids.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsvanilla white melting wafers or white chocolate
- 2 cupssemisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cupsMonkey Mix
- 1 tspflaky sea salt
Steps
- 1
Place the vanilla white melting wafers and the chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave to melt, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- 2
Spread a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or casserole dish.
- 3
Dollop the white chocolate randomly around the parchment paper, then dollop the regular chocolate in the spaces between. Lightly swirl the chocolates together by dragging a cake knife or rubber spatula in long streaks across the paper.
- 4
Sprinkle the monkey mix in an even layer all over the chocolate, then add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- 5
Pop the pan in the fridge and let it set for about 20 minutes, until the chocolate has solidified.
- 6
Snap the bark into pieces with your hands and serve.
