Pepperoni Pizza Twister Dogs
Hot dogs wrapped in provolone, pepperoni, and flaky puff pastry, then baked until golden and dusted with pizza seasoning. Dunk them in ranch or marinara for a carnival-style bite at home.
Ingredients
- 2 sheetsfrozen puff pastry, thawed · Pepperidge Farm brand
- 10hot dogs
- 10 slicesprovolone cheese
- 20 slicespepperoni
- 1egg
- —pizza seasoning blend · creator used Get a Pizza This seasoning
- —ranch and marinara · for dipping
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Unfold one puff pastry sheet, remove the paper between the layers, then refold it back to its original configuration. Turn it so the long side faces you.

Cut the folded pastry along the long side into short strips about two inches wide. Repeat with the second puff pastry sheet.

Wrap each hot dog with one slice of provolone, two slices of pepperoni, and one strip of puff pastry.

Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet, leaving about an inch of space between them.

Whisk the egg in a small bowl, then brush it over the top of each dog and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.

Bake about 20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.

Serve hot with ranch or marinara for dipping.
