5-Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Chia Pudding
Creamy Greek yogurt and milk thickened with chia seeds, sweetened with honey and studded with juicy blueberries. A make-ahead breakfast that's packed with protein and fiber and keeps all week.
Ingredients
- 1 cupblueberries
- 1 tablespoonhoney
- 1/4 cupchia seeds
- 1/2 cupwhole milk
- 1/2 cupplain Greek yogurt
Steps

Combine the blueberries, honey, chia seeds, whole milk, and Greek yogurt in a bowl or jar and stir well until evenly mixed.

Cover and refrigerate until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the pudding is thick, at least a few hours or overnight.

Stir before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
