Air Fryer Baked Oatmeal
Mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup turn rolled oats into a warm, cake-like baked oatmeal studded with melty chocolate chips. It comes together in the air fryer in about 15 minutes and slices into neat squares for the week.
Ingredients

- 2 cupsrolled oats
- 1 teaspooncinnamon
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2 cupsmilk
- 1egg
- 1/4 cuppeanut butter
- 2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/4 cupchocolate chips
Steps

Preheat to 380°F.

Add the bananas to the air fryer pan and mash.

Add the milk, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix to combine.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and air fry for 15 minutes.
