Air Fryer Caesar Salad Cups
Crispy sourdough croutons and Italian-seasoned chicken get tossed in creamy steakhouse Caesar dressing, then piled into crisp gem lettuce cups. A handheld take on Caesar salad that comes together in the air fryer in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 slicessourdough bread · sliced
- 12 ounceschicken tenders
- 4 teaspoonsItalian seasoning · divided
- 2 tablespoonsgrated parmesan · plus more for serving

- —gem lettuce · for serving

Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning on the sourdough bread and the remaining 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning on the chicken. Use your hands to spread the seasoning all over the chicken.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the bread, then spray the seasoned bread and seasoned chicken with avocado oil spray.

Air fry for 7 minutes.

Chop the bread and chicken into small cubes and transfer to a bowl.

Add the dressing and toss to combine.

Divide the chicken and crouton mixture among 8-12 gem lettuce pieces.
