Air Fryer Granola
Crunchy homemade granola made entirely in the air fryer, with toasted pecans, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds bound in honey and butter. Warm cardamom and cinnamon plus sweet chopped dates make it feel like a treat with zero cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1½ cupsrolled oats
- ½ cuppecans · roughly chopped
- ¼ cupwalnuts · roughly chopped
- ¼ cuppumpkin seeds
- ½ teaspooncardamom
- ½ teaspooncinnamon
- ¼ cuphoney
- 2 tablespoonsbutter · melted
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- ¼ cupdates · chopped

Line the basket of an air fryer with parchment paper. Add the oats, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, honey, melted butter, and vanilla.

Air fry at 320°F for 5 minutes to allow the butter to melt, then use a spoon to stir everything together.

Continue to air fry for 10 more minutes, until the granola is golden and fragrant.

Remove from the air fryer and immediately stir in the chopped dates.
