Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Donut Holes
Warm, golden donut holes made with just almond flour and Greek yogurt, then tumbled in pumpkin spice sugar. They bake up soft and puffed in the air fryer for a cozy fall snack with a little protein built in.
Ingredients
- 1 cupalmond flour · plus more if needed
- 1/2 cupGreek yogurt
- 3 tablespoonssugar · divided
- 2 teaspoonspumpkin pie spice · divided
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- —oil spray
Steps
- 1
In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of the sugar, 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice, and the salt until a soft dough forms. Add more almond flour if needed so the dough is soft but not sticky.
- 2
Using a medium spring-loaded cookie scoop, scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough, roll it into a small ball, and place it on parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining dough; you should get about 9 donut holes.
- 3
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, arrange the donut holes in a single layer on the parchment paper, and spray the tops with oil.
- 4
Air fry at 350°F for 7 to 9 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- 5
Meanwhile, mix the remaining sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl and set aside.
- 6
Immediately roll the warm donut holes in the spiced sugar to coat, then serve.
Creator's notes
The creator can also bake these instead of air frying, and uses Stonyfield organic Greek yogurt for moisture, creaminess, and added protein. Sponsored content.
