Blended Overnight Oats
Creamy, smoothie-like overnight oats blended with Greek yogurt, chia, and your fruit of choice. Under two minutes of prep buys you a protein- and fiber-packed breakfast waiting in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 cuprolled oats
- 1 cupmilk of choice
- 1/2 cupGreek yogurt
- 2 tablespoonschia seeds
- 2 tablespoonssweetener · honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cupfresh or frozen fruit or vegetable of choice · creator used strawberries, blueberries, spinach, and mango
Steps

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and well combined. Alternatively, place the ingredients in a 16-ounce jar and use an immersion blender to carefully blend right in the container until smooth and creamy.

Divide the mixture into two glass jars or bowls and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add toppings the night before or right before serving.

Uncover and enjoy straight from the glass container the next day. Thin with a little more milk or water, if desired.
