Blended Overnight Oats
Creamy blended overnight oats that come together in a blender and set up in the fridge overnight. Endlessly customizable with fruit or even vegetables, and perfect for meal prepping breakfast for the week.
Ingredients
- 1 cuprolled oats
- 1 cupmilk of choice
- 1/2 cupGreek yogurt
- 2 tablespoonschia seeds
- 2 tablespoonssweetener · honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cupfresh or frozen fruit or vegetable of choice · creator used strawberries, blueberries, spinach, and mango
Steps

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and well combined. Alternatively, place the ingredients in a 16-ounce jar and use an immersion blender to carefully blend right in the container until smooth and creamy.

Divide the mixture into two glass jars or bowls and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add toppings the night before or just before serving.

Uncover and enjoy straight from the glass container the next day. Thin with a little more milk or water, if desired.
Creator's notes
There are 6 variations of overnight oats on the full recipe — pick any of them or have fun with your own toppings. Spinach and green apple was surprisingly good.
