Creamy Cucumber Salad
Crisp English cucumbers and thin slices of red onion tossed in a tangy sour cream dressing with fresh dill. It comes together in about five minutes and disappears just as fast.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 3 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoonfresh dill · chopped
- 1 teaspoongranulated sugar · optional
- 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
- —salt and pepper · to taste
- 2large English cucumbers · thinly sliced
- 1/4red onion · thinly sliced
Steps

In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, red wine vinegar, dill, sugar, and garlic powder until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion on top of the dressing and stir to coat.

Serve immediately at room temperature, or refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
