Boiled Egg Chocolate Pudding
A surprisingly rich, creamy chocolate pudding made from hard-boiled eggs blended smooth with cocoa, milk, and vanilla. No cooking, no cornstarch — just a few minutes in the blender and a chill in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 6hard-boiled eggs
- 2/3 cupwhole milk
- 1/3 cupgranulated sugar
- 1/3 cupcocoa powder
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
Steps
- 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice as needed. Add more milk for a creamier consistency.
- 2
Enjoy the pudding right away, or for the best flavor and texture, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for a few hours — it will thicken up slightly as it cools.
