Breakfast Coffee Protein Smoothie
A creamy blended breakfast in a glass — cold brew, frozen banana, and oats whipped up with vanilla protein, cocoa, and cinnamon. It drinks like an iced mocha but keeps you full all morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cupcold brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cupmilk
- 1/4 cuprolled oats
- 1banana · frozen
- 1 scoopvanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespooncocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
Steps

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 60-120 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or more sweetener if it is not sweet enough.

Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
