Brown Butter Dates over Greek Yogurt
Medjool dates get smashed and fried in butter until they turn chewy and caramel-like, then spooned over cool Greek yogurt. Ground pistachios, cinnamon, and flaky salt finish it off.

- 1 1/2 cupsGreek yogurt
- 1 tablespoonground pistachios
- 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
- —flaky salt
Steps
- 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Creator's notes
The fried dates taste like chewy caramel and are great on their own, over ice cream, or in a Greek yogurt bowl. Note: the written instructions say to sprinkle cardamom, but the ingredient list calls for cinnamon.
