Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rounds
Protein-packed rounds made from cottage cheese and eggs, baked until set and golden at the edges. They work like mini flatbreads — great plain or piled with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 cupcottage cheese
- 2large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoononion powder
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
Steps

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet into 4 small circles (about 1/2 cup each), leaving space between them.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the rounds look set, are lightly golden around the edges, and lift easily from the parchment.

Cool slightly before removing. Serve plain or as mini flatbreads with your favorite toppings.
