Cranberry Brie Bites
Flaky puff pastry cups filled with molten brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans. A three-bite holiday appetizer that comes together in half an hour and disappears even faster.
Ingredients
- 1 sheetpuff pastry · thawed
- 8 ouncewheel brie cheese · cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cupcranberry sauce
- 1/4 cuppecans · finely chopped
- —fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs · for garnish
Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 24 squares, about 3 inches each.

Press each square into a non-stick mini muffin tin to form small cups.

Place a cube of brie into each puff pastry cup.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each piece of brie and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
