Creamy Cucumber Salad
Thinly sliced English cucumbers and red onion tossed in a tangy sour cream dressing with fresh dill and a splash of red wine vinegar. It comes together in five minutes and is a cool, crunchy side for any BBQ or picnic.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 3 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoonfresh dill · chopped
- 1 teaspoongranulated sugar · optional
- 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
- —salt and pepper · to taste
- 2large English cucumbers · thinly sliced
- 1/4red onion · thinly sliced
Steps

In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, red wine vinegar, dill, sugar, and garlic powder until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion on top of the dressing and stir to coat.
