Crepes with Homemade Nutella
Thin, tender vanilla crepes folded around a rich homemade chocolate-hazelnut spread. A special-occasion brunch that turns a simple batter into something worth celebrating.
Ingredients
For the crepes
- 3eggs
- 2 1/2 cupswhole milk
- 2 tbspgranulated sugar
- 2 cupsflour
- —salt · a pinch
- 1 tspvanilla extract
To serve
- —homemade nutella (chocolate-hazelnut spread)
- —powdered sugar
Steps

Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together until smooth.

Add the flour and a pinch of salt, whisking until the batter is thin and lump-free.

Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium heat, pour in a thin layer of batter and swirl to coat the pan.

Cook until the edges lift and the surface is set, then flip and cook briefly on the second side.

Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the finished crepes.

Spread each crepe with homemade nutella, fold or roll, and dust with powdered sugar to serve.
