Crispy Cheese Dill Pickle Roll-Ups
Dill pickle spears wrapped in golden, pan-crisped cheese for a salty, crunchy two-ingredient snack. Serve them with creamy ranch dip for cool, tangy contrast in every bite.
Ingredients
- 12dill pickle spears
- 1 1/2 cupsshredded cheese · about 24 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons per roll-up

Steps

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese to the middle of the pan and let it set undisturbed until golden and sizzling, about 2 minutes.

Lay a pickle spear on top of the cheese, then use a spatula to fold the cheese over the pickle and roll it up tightly.

Remove the roll-up to a wire rack so the cheese can cool and crisp. Repeat with the remaining pickle spears and cheese.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve with creamy ranch dip for dunking.
