Dubai Chocolate Overnight Oats
Creamy overnight oats layered with buttery crisped kataifi, pistachio cream, and tahini, then topped with a shell of melted dark chocolate. All the flavor of the viral Dubai chocolate bar in a make-ahead breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsoats · Oath Oats
- 2 cupsmilk of choice
- 1 tablespoonunsalted butter
- 2 ounceskataifi shredded dough
- 1 tablespoontahini
- ¾ cuppistachio cream
- 4 ouncesdark chocolate chips
Steps

Place the oats and milk in a large bowl, stir, and set in the fridge for 2 hours.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the kataifi and cook, stirring constantly, until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir the pistachio cream and tahini into the kataifi. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the kataifi mixture over the oats and milk, and stir to combine. Divide into four bowls or jars.

Place the chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the 4 bowls or jars and refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
