Grape White Chocolate Bar, Grape Sorbet & Grape Cheesecake Bites
Three easy no-bake treats built around big, crunchy sweet grapes: a sea-salted white chocolate grape bark, a scoopable frozen grape sorbet, and creamy cheesecake bites on graham crackers. Each one comes together with a handful of ingredients and a little chill time.
Ingredients
Grape White Chocolate Bar
- 18Samsons Sorbet grapes · halved
- ⅓white chocolate chips
- —sea salt
Grape Sorbet
- 6 cupsSamsons Sorbet grapes · stems removed
- 2 tablespoonshoney
- 1 tablespoonlemon juice
- 1 teaspoonlemon zest · optional
- 2 tablespoonspistachios · finely chopped, for serving
Grape Cheesecake Bites
- 4 ouncescream cheese · softened
- ¼ cupplain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoonshoney
- ½ teaspoonvanilla extract
- 12graham cracker squares
- 1½ cupsSamsons Sorbet grapes · chopped
- ¼ cuppistachios · finely chopped

Grape white chocolate bar: Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the grape halves on the prepared baking sheet in 7 rows of 5.

Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Drizzle the grapes with the melted white chocolate and sprinkle immediately with sea salt.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.

Grape sorbet: Add the grapes, honey, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour the grape mixture onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan or 9x13-inch pan and spread into an even layer about ¼-inch thick.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm. Scoop into bowls and serve with pistachios.

Grape cheesecake bites: Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over each graham cracker square.

Top with grapes and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
