High-Protein Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip
A creamy, high-protein baked dip made from blended cottage cheese layered with marinara, melty mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. Scoop it up with crackers while the cheese is still bubbly.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupscottage cheese
- 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning · plus more for sprinkling
- 1/2 cupmarinara sauce
- 1 cupmozzarella cheese
- 5cherry tomatoes · sliced
- —olives · sliced, for topping
- —crackers · for dipping
Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a round 8-inch baking dish.

Add the cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread the marinara sauce on top, followed by the mozzarella cheese.

Add the sliced tomatoes and olives, then sprinkle extra Italian seasoning over the top.

Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melty.
