Hummus Wreath
A creamy, garlicky Lebanese hummus spread into a festive ring and topped with parsley, cherry tomatoes, and feta. It's a showstopping holiday appetizer that comes together in minutes with pita chips alongside.
Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce canchickpeas
- 1/3 cuplemon juice
- 4 tablespoonstahini
- 4small garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoonssalt
- 4-6ice cubes
For the wreath
- —fresh parsley · chopped
- —cherry tomatoes
- —feta · crumbled, halved
- —red pepper
Steps

Place the chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, and ice cubes in a food processor and blend until completely smooth, about 5 minutes.

Spread the hummus into the shape of a ring on a round plate.

Top with chopped parsley, followed by cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, and red pepper cut into a bow shape.
