Pistachio Butter Latte
A warm, cozy latte made by swirling maple syrup and pistachio butter into steamy milk, then topping it with a shot of espresso. It's a nutty, lightly sweet coffee drink that puts the last scrapings of a nut butter jar to good use.
Ingredients
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 shotfreshly brewed espresso · about 2 ounces
- 1 tablespoonmaple syrup
- 1 tablespoonpistachio butter · or use an almost-empty jar
- 1/4 teaspoonvanilla extract
- —crushed pistachios · for garnish
Steps

Warm the milk.

Add the maple syrup, pistachio butter, and vanilla extract to an almost-empty jar of pistachio butter, then pour in the warm milk.

Seal and shake, or stir, until the pistachio butter is fully dissolved and the milk is infused.

Brew the espresso and pour it into a mug, then add the infused warm milk.

Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve warm.
