Princess Diana's Overnight Oats
Rolled oats soaked in fresh orange juice instead of milk, then stirred with thick Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon for a bright, creamy breakfast. Grated Honeycrisp apple and toasted walnuts add crunch and about 16 grams of protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cuprolled oats
- 3/4 cuporange juice · freshly squeezed
- 3/4 cupplain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoonhoney
- 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
- 1/2Honeycrisp apple · grated with the skin on
- 1/4 cuptoasted walnuts · roughly chopped

Add the rolled oats and orange juice to a bowl or mason jar. Stir, then seal with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to let the oats soak and soften.

The next morning, remove the oats from the fridge and stir in the Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.

Grate the Honeycrisp apple directly into the oat mixture and fold it in gently.
