Sheet Pan Baked Feta Pasta
A crispy-edged twist on viral baked feta pasta, with cavatappi, burst cherry tomatoes, and garlic roasted under a golden panko-and-feta crust. Everything comes together on one sheet pan in about 15 minutes of oven time.
Ingredients
- 8 ouncescavatappi
- 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
- 2 pintscherry tomatoes
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1/4 cupfresh basil
- 1/2 cuppanko breadcrumbs
- 8 ouncesfeta cheese · crumbled
Steps

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the cooked pasta, olive oil, salt, pepper, tomatoes, garlic, and basil to the prepared sheet pan and toss lightly to combine.

Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs and feta cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy on the edges.
