Shrimp Cocktail in Avocado Bowls
Chilled shrimp tossed in a zippy homemade cocktail sauce, spooned into creamy avocado halves. A no-cook party appetizer that comes together in minutes and disappears just as fast.
Ingredients
- 2avocados · cut in half lengthwise and pitted
- 1/2lemon
- 1/4 cupketchup
- 1/4 cupmayonnaise
- 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoonsriracha
- 1 teaspoonground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1 poundcooked small shrimp · tails off
Steps

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, sriracha, ginger, and salt until fully combined.

Add the cooked shrimp to the cocktail sauce and toss to coat.

Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half, then squeeze the lemon half over the avocados to help keep them green. Reserve the scooped avocado for another use.

Scoop the shrimp cocktail into the well of each avocado half and serve immediately.
