Strawberry Sorbetto Mint Mocktail
A fizzy, no-cook summer mocktail built on scoops of strawberry sorbetto, muddled mint, and fresh lime, topped with club soda. A sumac-rimmed glass and a mini sorbetto bar make it feel like a treat worth lingering over.
Ingredients
- 1lime · cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoonsumac · for the rim
- 6-8mint leaves · plus extra for garnish
- 2 cupsTalenti Strawberry Sorbetto
- 2 cupsclub soda
- 1Mini Sorbetto Bar · for garnish
Steps

Rub the rim of each of two cups with a lime wedge, then dip the rim in sumac for added flavor, if desired.

Squeeze the lime juice and divide the mint leaves between the two cups.

Muddle the lime juice and mint leaves together using the back of a wooden spoon.

Scoop the sorbetto into the two cups, pour in the club soda, and stir to combine with the muddled mint.
