Walking Tacos
Seasoned ground beef spooned straight into a single-serve bag of crisp crackers, then piled with lettuce, red onion, sour cream, and salsa. It's everything you love about a taco, made portable and eaten right out of the bag.
Ingredients
For the Taco Meat
- 1 tablespoonolive oil
- 1 poundlean ground beef
- 2 tablespoonstaco seasoning
- 2 tablespoonstomato paste
- ½ cupwater
For Serving
- 6 single-serve bagsCrunchmaster Crisps · Original flavor multi pack
- —shredded lettuce
- —red onions · finely chopped
- —sour cream
- —salsa

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook undisturbed on one side for 5 minutes. Flip it over and start breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, cooking for 2 more minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add the taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Stir until the beef is evenly coated.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the taco meat is well seasoned.

Gently crush the chips inside each bag, leaving some larger pieces for texture. Cut open the top or one long side of each bag.

Spoon the warm taco meat into each bag and add your favorite toppings. Dig in with a cracker or a spoon.
